Jessica’s commitment to amplifying the voices of all adopted people is what powers the work she does and the spaces she finds herself in. Having had impactful mentors in her life who were also adopted people, Jessica believes that representation and creating mirrors for other adoptees is paramount to help strengthen our community.

As a mother, artist, and photojournalist, Jessica weaves creativity into the various ways she expresses herself. Spending time in nature, traveling, and meeting new people with her camera in her hand are what brings her joy.
