Jennifer (she/her), Jen for short, is passionate about helping others, which includes experience in program management, learning & development, DEI initiatives, and organizational leadership within the educational sector. She is currently the Director of Membership and Constituent Societies for The American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS). Before joining ASCLS, she worked at Optica (formerly OSA), providing scientists with leadership development, diversity, inclusion and equity opportunities.

She is an active ASAE member currently sitting on the Conscious Inclusion Committee, participated in the ASAE NextGen program in 2021, and received the inaugural John H. Graham IV Fund Scholarship. In 2023, she was recognized by Association Forum as a recipient of the 40 Under 40.

Outside of work, she is a self-described transracial adoptee from Taiwan, an avid reader, doodle mom, and a true Jersey Girl just trying to adult in the world.
