Jennifer Mehltretter (she/her), Jen for short, is passionate about helping others, which includes experience in program management, learning & development, DEI initiatives, and organizational leadership within the educational sector. She recently joined The American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science as their Director of Membership and Constituent Societies. Before joining ASCLS, she worked at Optica (formerly OSA), providing leadership development and diversity, inclusion and equity opportunities for scientists.

She is a self-described transracial adoptee from Taiwan, an avid reader, doodle mom, and a true Jersey Girl just trying to adult in the world.
