Katie Mantele is a Chinese-American adoptee and currently a graduate student pursuing a MA in Social & Cultural Analysis, which is essentially American Studies. Her research interests include Asian American Studies, race and ethnicity, diaspora, kinship formation, and critical adoption studies.
