Annual meeting of the Korean American Adoptee Adoptive Family Network, providing 30+ sessions on race and identity, family relationships, parenting tools, search and reunion, etc. Presenters include authors, educators, activists, therapists, and grassroots leaders. Teen AdoptCONNECT
This year's community series focuses on the experience of children in foster care and adoption. Offered quarterly by Lesli Johnson and Angela Gee, of AdoptCONNECT and sponsored by Five Acres, the presentations will include documentary screenings with discussions, and workshops on transracial adoptive families and treatment strategies for children and adolescents. AKA Adoptive Parent Series
