Adult Adoptee Retreat

We had our second successful Adult Adoptee Retreat in 2016, with adult adoptees attending from around the country. International & domestic adoptees were in attendance, and the workshop topics and presenters were reflective of their varied experiences. Many stories were told and shared within large and small group discussions. The “Raising Aspens” exhibit held at Red Line, a Denver art gallery on Friday night of the AAR was impressive with visual, music, and performance art created exclusively by adoptees of all ages. This is an event we hope to continue in 2017.

We are also working on some exciting changes to the AAR schedule and format for 2017, and we are looking forward to our third year of learning and sharing together in an environment like no other – created by and for adult adoptees. We hope you will join us in 2017!
