Chinese Heritage Camp (Urban)
For 14 years, families from around the country have gathered to share their stories and experiences as adoptive families. Russian/Eastern European/Central Asian Heritage Camp (REECA HC) is one of the few camps of its kind in the country specifically designed for families with children adopted from Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. Camp Friendship CHINA 2017 will be July 24-28. Camp Friendship China is a one-week day camp of Chinese-born adoptees and their siblings entering grades k through eighth. We had our second successful Adult Adoptee Retreat in 2016, with adult adoptees attending from around the country. International & domestic adoptees were in attendance, and the workshop topics and presenters were reflective of their varied experiences. Join us for a weekend summer heritage camp designed for families who have adopted children from China. Camp China is held annually in Western North Carolina at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly in Black Mountain, NC.
